Bachelor’s degree or higher  Must hold active state teaching certification with Special Education Endorsement issued by DOE  Must have experience with IEPs    Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs  Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment  Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate various learning styles and abilities  Monitor student progress regularly and adjust instructional approaches accordingly  Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders  Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and growth  Ensure compliance with all relevant educational policies and legal requirements  Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities to enhance instructional effectiveness   Whether you want to travel the country or work close to home, we’ll take care of everything so you can focus on what you do best — providing life-changing care for students.
