Key Responsibilities- Perform tasks within the JDAM manufacturing cell, which may include fabrication, machining (mill and/or lathe), assembly, sheet rolling, mechanized welding, hardware addition, conversion coating/dipping, and paint preparation.
- Operate and maintain common hand tools effectively.
- Utilize manual inspection tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, s, and go/no-go gauges to ensure product quality.
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and drawings to manufacture parts to specification.
- Conduct in-process inspections to verify accuracy and quality of work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-compliant (Foreign Object Debris) work area.
- Adhere to all safety policies and actively promote a culture of safety within the plant.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Capable of climbing, squatting, and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Army MOS: 91F – Small Arms/Artillery Repairer
- Navy NEC: HT – Hull Maintenance Technician
- Air Force AFSC: 2A7X3 – Aircraft Structural Maintenance
- Marine Corps MOS: 1316 – Metal Worker
- Coast Guard Rating: MK – Machinery Technician
You should be proficient in:
- Tape Measure Reading
- Mechanical Assembly Skills
- Aerospace Manufacturing
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
