** Responsibilities:*
* * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
* Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Care Team
* Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify areas for improvement
* Mentor and coach nursing staff members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement facility policies and procedures
** Requirements:*
* * Current registered nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
* Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a long-term care setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care delivery
