As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (Evening Shift), you will be responsible for overseeing the evening shift of our nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Your duties will include:

• Supervising a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
• Developing and implementing effective care plans for patients with complex needs
• Monitoring patient outcomes and making adjustments to care plans as needed
• Managing the flow of patients and staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborating with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
• Providing education and training to staff members to enhance skills and competencies
