Position Overview
We are looking for a Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist in Danville, IL. The work schedule is Monday-Thursday 8:00 am–2:30 pm. This is a contract to hire position paying $18.40 per hour to start.
Responsibilities- Process invoices, request payments, and perform reconciliations.
- Create monthly Illinois sales tax returns.
- Prepare internal and external audit schedules.
- Associate Degree in Accounting or a business-related field.
- Proficient in all levels of MS Excel.
- Two or more years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Ability to use the company’s software.
- Excellent organizational, oral and written skills.
- Ability to analyze and adapt to accounts payable policies and procedures.
