Schedule: Full-Time | In Office | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Salary Range: $35,000 annually ($18.00/hour)

Job SummaryCCMSI is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Payments Coordinator to join our Treasury team in Danville, Illinois. This position is responsible for completing daily check runs, attaching Explanation of Review documentation, creating and distributing preliminary check registers and check registers, preparing payment documentation, and supporting reporting activities. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to consistently maintain accuracy while meeting daily deadlines.
Responsibilities- Complete daily check runs according to client specifications and established procedures.
- Print, sort, process, and prepare checks for mailing.
- Prepare vouchers, reports, and supporting payment documentation.
- Print and attach Explanation of Review (EOR) documentation to corresponding checks.
- Create and distribute preliminary check registers and check registers.
- Research and resolve missing documentation and payment-related discrepancies.
- Prepare overnight packages and maintain required records and reporting.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support payment processing and treasury operations.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Danville, Illinois Monday through Friday.
Nice to Have:
- 1-3 years of business experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience supporting administrative, payment processing, or financial operations.
- Accuracy of payment processing and documentation.
- Timely completion of daily check runs and reporting activities.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to meet department deadlines and productivity expectations.
- Responsiveness to internal and external requests.
- Effective teamwork and communication.
- Consistent adherence to established procedures and client specifications.

Compensation & ComplianceThe posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
