- Master's degree or higherin psychology or educational psychology with a specialization in school psychology frp, a regionally accredited institution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated evidence of leadership ability and the art of working effectively with parents and colleagues
