• Develop and implement scalable operational strategies that align with organizational quality goals and drive business performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business continuity and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams in both operations and QA, promoting accountability, ownership, and career development.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, skill assessments, and training initiatives to build organizational capability.
• Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational effectiveness.
• Define and oversee the end‑to‑end QA strategy for products, processes, and services, ensuring consistent quality standards.
• Lead the QA team in planning, developing, and executing test strategies, plans, and automating frameworks.
• Monitor product quality through rigorous testing processes—functional, regression, performance, security, and usability.
• Manage vendor and third‑party relationships critical to operational and quality functions.
• Contribute to strategic business planning and forecasting by providing operational insights and risk assessments.
• Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible post‑Bachelor’s experience in the job offered or a related occupation; foreign degree equivalents are acceptable.
• Position headquartered in Danville, IL with placement at project sites nationally within the United States; no additional travel required.
• Salary range: $92,456 to $97,078 per year.
