Danville Area Community College seeks an IT Support Specialist I to serve as the primary Help Desk contact for students, faculty, and staff. You will triage, document, and resolve routine issues while escalating complex problems to Tier 2.
You will manage requests in the Help Desk system, troubleshoot user accounts, desktops, printers, and basic classroom tech, and maintain documentation and asset inventories.
