Kentro is hiring an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support the VA-ESOM End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States.
Location:
Onsite at Danville VA Medical Center, Danville, IL.
You will respond to end-user requests, diagnose problems, and guide customers through corrective steps, with emphasis on on-site and remote support. The role requires 2+ years IT support, a technical degree or equivalent experience, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
