As a Pest Management Service Technician, you’ll work independently, building strong relationships with customers and keeping their homes and businesses pest‑free.

• Inspect properties and identify pest issues.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Apply pest control products safely and responsibly.
• Provide guidance to customers on preventing future infestations.
• Maintain accurate records and excellent customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

We’re looking for reliable, self‑managed professionals who love solving problems and working with people.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday and some Saturdays.
• The ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
