- 1st Shift Grinding: $17/hour
- 2nd and 3rd Shift Grinding: $18/hour
- 1st Shift Assembly: $15.50/hour

We have two departments we are hiring for:
Assembly and Grinding. Job responsibilities for both are as follows, but not limited to:
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Responsible for completing control plan inspections
- Load, unload, sort, and inspect proper parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensure accurate assembly.
- Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment.
- Completes line start-ups and changeover activities
- Completes other job duties as delegated by the department's Shift Supervisor or Manager
- Cross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demands
- Steel‑toed boots are required
Assembly: Required to frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawl
Grinding: Same requirements as assembly, along with occasionally pushing/pulling up to 80 pounds; rarely lifts up to 80 pounds.
- Manufacturing experience not needed.
- Ability to perform basic math, all units of measure
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
