PRACTICE
OPPORTUNITY:

• Located in Danville, Illinois, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner is needed to join a well established community health organization.
• The new Certified FNP will work at a well-established Health Care Center.
• Requirements
  : (1) Must have a minimum of six months to one year of work experience in Family Medicine. (2) Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. (3) Must have an active Illinois license (4) DEA license.

• This is a 100% outpatient opportunity.

• Responsibilities/Duties
  :
  She or he will be required to perform the following duties:
• Provide treatment of medical problems at the health center including Family Planning services
• Refer patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment
• Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients clinical problems and healthcare needs
• Prescribe medications including verbal orders, as guided by supervising Physician
• Participate in qualify improvement projects

• The group provides Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Pediatrics, Mental Health, and Family Planning services to an underserved patient population.

• They are seeking a provider that has a mission and passion for community health.

• The new Family Nurse Practitioner will work independently with a Family Practice physician to provide care to patients of all ages.

• They have beautiful and modern offices as well as a welcoming team of health professionals - both physicians and staff.

• They offer a flexible work schedule. The new Family Nurse Practitioner has a choice to work either (4) ten hour days or (5) eight hour days per week.

• The new Family Nurse Practitioner will see and treat approximately 12 to 15 patients per day.
