IL - FP shifts in Danville

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for March 23, 24, 25, 26, & 27 at their Corporate Health clinic in Danville, IL. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and Occupational Health (no Workers Comp). Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 11:00am-7:00pm, and Friday 6:00am-12:00pm. Lunch breaks are flexible. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.

DEA is required; staffing model is 1 provider and 1 Medical Assistant.
