Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Danville, IL | Acute Care

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility policies including compliance with a drug-free campus policy, requiring a negative drug screen prior to start

• Active Illinois (IL) Registered Nurse license required, or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• Current RN certification and applicable credentials in good standing
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates
• Must be able to pass a drug screen for all panels prior to placement

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical inpatient setting
• Familiarity with night shift workflows and patient monitoring protocols
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible call-off policy offering the equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty
• Opportunity to work within a well-established acute care environment with a supportive clinical team
