Pharmacy associates focus on the needs of our customers as they entrust us with their prescriptions and health needs. They are responsible for inputting and processing prescriptions, supporting patients with product information, and providing customer service in our store pharmacies.

• Provide quality patient care and support during prescription processing.
• Input prescriptions accurately and verify medication information.
• Serve customers by answering product and prescription‑related questions.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments for prescriptions and over‑the‑counter items.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
• Assist customers with glasses and contacts as a member of the Vision Center team.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
