Ollie's Bargain Outlet - 20 North Gilbert Street - Responsibilities:
Provides the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals including management of payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key company initiatives;
Demonstrates Ollies customer service and associate service standards in interactions;
Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals;
Coaches, trains, develops, evaluates, supervises, and schedules store associates to meet business needs and staffing budgets;
Maintains proper security of the store location and all company assets
