Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces as assigned;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related concerns, and help to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and timely reporting;
Support access control, closing procedures, and/or crowd and pedestrian flow during busy business periods, special events, and high-traffic hours
