Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour
Job Schedule:- Thur: 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Fri: 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces as assigned.
- Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential theft‑related concerns, and help to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and timely reporting.
- Support access control, closing procedures, and/or crowd and pedestrian flow during busy business periods, special events, and high‑traffic hours.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
