Join Penske Truck Leasing and work on a well‑maintained fleet of trucks and trailers. As a Technician II you’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot major components, support customers, and grow your skills through training programs.

• Preventative maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment independently
• Repair and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, and fuel system components
• Conduct road tests to diagnose problems
• Keep the work area clean and safe
• Use Penske’s tools and technologies to log and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training program
• Work on additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a vehicle technician
• Preventative Maintenance
