The Lead ITM Agent is a financial coach that listens to our members' needs. They look out for our members' best interest and provide guidance on solutions to improve their financial life. The Lead ITM Agent will act on our value proposition and be easy to work with.

• Build and maintain product knowledge.

• Consistently provide outstanding service that supports the Credit Union's culture of Do More Good  and the established core values.
• Consistently identify the needs of members and recommend appropriate credit union solutions to meet and exceed production goals and help achieve organizational goals.
• Complete transactions through UICCU's interactive teller machines (ITMs).
• Balance the cash drawer and maintain the integrity of inventory.
• Train and develop ITM agents on the role and assist them with member transactions as needed.
• Adhere to credit union policy and procedures to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all member transactions.
• Set a positive example and be a role model by building relationships, being dependable, demonstrating initiative, responsibility, integrity, and professionalism to ensure all tasks are done correctly; be a leader by handling complex situations with confidence, knowledge, and flexibility.
• Maintain flexibility and willingness to provide assistance at other branch locations as needed, including Saturday rotation.
• Own internal and external member problems, issues, and complaints, and ensure appropriate follow-up to achieve proper resolution.

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm & Rotating Saturdays 8:45am 12:15pm

• Starting salary is $18.19 per hour.

Minimum of six months experience in a similar position.

A high school education or GED.

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperations. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
