Seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead $1M-$10M+ commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through substantial completion
  • Develop and implement project standards, processes, systems, and best practices
  • Coordinate with architects, owners, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per specifications
  • Oversee project scheduling, permitting, and project documentation
  • Manage project closeout including warranties, punch lists, manuals, and as-built drawings
  • Implement and enforce OSHA, safety, and jobsite record-keeping policies
  • Lead progress meetings with clients, design teams, and trade partners
  • Monitor productivity, project execution, and overall team performance
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and communication
  • Support long-term business planning and strategic company initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience managing commercial construction projects valued between $1M-$10M+
  • Strong background with commercial general contractors
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Experience with permitting, project scheduling, and project closeout procedures
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and field teams
