Vacancy   - 03005 Position Category School Counselor Title School Counselor ASL Link:  Description Plans, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive developmental and preventative guidance program aligned with the school's Consolidated Plan. Identifies barriers to student success and develops appropriate interventions through established referral processes. Provides individual, group, and classroom-based counseling and social-emotional learning instruction to support students' academic, behavioral, mental health, and personal/social development.

Supports PBIS implementation and progress monitoring and serves as a member of the Mental Health Team, including participation in ARC meetings as needed. Collaborates with school, district, and community partners to coordinate services, referrals, and outside supports. Coordinates college and career readiness initiatives, including CTE and work transition programs. Assists with scheduling, student placement, graduation requirements, and maintains student records and schedules in Infinite Campus.
