• Serve as a primary point of contact for government account support activities
• Support all capital and rental billing processes related to government contracts
• Research, track, and maintain records of government-related transactions and prepare activity reports
• Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and purchase orders for compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in account management preferred

• Additional education or experience in government contracting
• Experience supporting government or public sector customers
