As a Senior Materials Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain processes and ensuring efficient materials management within the factory. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving the flow of materials, inventory management, and procurement processes. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize materials management processes.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive implementation of robust material PFEP process … ABC classification, lead time, SSL, MOQ, EOQ, ROP, DOS, FDS, etc …
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support S&OP processes; reduce/optimize inventory and ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues and bottlenecks ensuring proactive alignment of supply plan with customer demand
- Material master data and inventory record accuracy
- Develop and implement comprehensive material management strategies aligned with IGS growth, delivery and inventory objectives
- Set stocking and replenishment strategies to support maximum service with minimal inventories
- Cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement; participate in continuous improvement projects/kaizens
- Lead execution of the annual physical inventory event

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in materials management, procurement and/or logistics in a similar manufacturing environment
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to mine/interpret data and make data driven decisions to improve material flow and reduce costs
- Proficiency with materials management software and ERP systems to effectively manage inventory and supply planning activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Lean manufacturing experience implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial supply chain environments
