Electrical Engineer

• A leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial outdoor power equipment, specializing in diesel-driven generators and welding machines. This position is responsible for planning and executing the maintenance, upgrade, and installation of factory production/painting equipment and related infrastructure to support the facility's expansion and new capital investment plans.
• Plan and execute maintenance, upgrade, and installation of factory production and painting equipment, as well as related infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities on the production floor.
• Manage budgets and oversee safety control regulations.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.

• $70K - $75K / year

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Hands‑on experience in maintenance, design, or commissioning of production equipment, painting systems, or factory infrastructure.
• Japanese language skills:
  Not required (Business level is a plus, but not a mandatory condition).
• English language skills:
  Professional/Business level (Capable of handling on‑site operations and giving instructions to staff).
