SKILLS REQUIREDPrimary (Must-Have):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering — required
- 5+ years of Industrial, Advanced, or Manufacturing Engineering experience

- Root cause problem solving and solution implementation

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

The Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will leverage manufacturing engineering expertise to investigate and resolve complex supply chain and manufacturing challenges. This role will evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to meet product specifications, quality requirements, and business objectives. The engineer will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams while leading strategic projects focused on productivity, factory optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of challenging manufacturing and supply chain problems.
- Evaluate fabrication and assembly processes to ensure they meet product specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify, plan, and execute strategic projects involving automation, digital factory initiatives, productivity improvements, and factory optimization.
- Support capital acquisition activities and manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
- Review quality output, identify improvement opportunities, and coach teams to improve manufacturing performance.
- Interpret and apply product specifications, engineering standards, and manufacturing requirements.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to prioritize workload and achieve exceptional team outcomes.
- Provide project planning, execution oversight, and resource management in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, process mapping, value stream mapping, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Implement solutions that improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
