Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

About the Role

Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position; day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Pay rates are based on years of experience with an additional shift differential. Sign‑on bonus of $7,500 is provided for qualified candidates.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest level of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
