Inventory Lead

Schedule:

Monday – Friday; 7am - 3:30pm

What will you do? A day in the life of an Inventory Lead at VF looks a little like this.

The Inventory lead is responsible for a documenting inventory by recording additions, disbursements, adjustments, losses and removal of items.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

Leading, communicating, coaching, and motivating, individuals and the shift team to meet and/or exceed day-to-day quality, efficiency, and organizations objectives.

Assist the supervisor in the execution of facility operations to meet production within their department to reach operational goal.

Prepare basic inventory reports by collecting and analyzing information on stock usage.

Maintain inventory operations by following policies and procedures and report changes as needed.

What do you need to succeed? While formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2+ years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• Basic level of education, reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.
• Excellent organizational, communication and grammatical skills with very strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarization with SAP system.

Hiring Range: $16.56 USD - $20.70 USD per hour

Incentive Potential:
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
