Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including storefront areas, common areas, entrances, exits, loading areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior through visible presence and routine observation;
Support retail operations by assisting with security-related concerns such as lost and found inquiries, directional assistance, and coordination with site contacts during emergencies and/or unusual events
