Community Liaison

Join Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC) as a Community Liaison to identify, develop, and strengthen referral sources for our residential and outpatient addiction treatment centers.

• Develop and maintain contacts and/or partnerships in the community, working with local courts, hospitals, and other referral sources to increase communication and referral flow.
• Collaborate with the intake department to determine which programs and services best meet client needs.
• Maintain good relationships with intake staff, administrative personnel, and external professional groups and agencies.
• Build and strengthen relationships with media, government, community, and related organizations.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional working relationship with ARC staff and consumers alike.
• Bring policy/personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
• Protect the privacy of all persons served and client information in accordance with ARC privacy policies and applicable federal and state law.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Marketing knowledge and experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the addiction field.

• Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize work and work-related responsibilities.
• Ability to connect with local hospitals, court systems, and other referral sources.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to the public.
• Proficiency in computer software programs.
• Team player, organized, and detail oriented.
