Ks. Candidates should reside in or near Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of experience working with local dairy producers and expertise in balancing rations. Responsibilities include herd evaluations, ration balancing, locomotion scoring, and forage preservation. The senior consultant should have experience in all these areas and be prepared to develop their clientele, either by bringing existing clients or cold calling.
