Equipment & Controls, Inc. invites applications for the Customer Engagement Director, Data Centers position. We seek an experienced and strategic leader to drive growth and deliver superior outcomes for our strategic accounts within the data center and life science facility industry.
Location: Lawrence, PA (relocation available)

Key Responsibilities- Strategic account management: develop and execute business strategy to achieve growth targets, increase market share, and enhance competitive positioning.
- Customer experience: adhere to our mission to deliver successful customer outcomes with a focus on world‑class experiences.
- Develop a long‑term strategic vision: focus on customer trends and project activity to build a growth plan with strategic accounts.
- Operational partnership: maintain engagement with core operations and project teams to ensure seamless collaboration on customer projects.
- Stakeholder engagement: collaborate across partners to uphold brand standards and enhance our collective presence.
- Innovation and growth: identify and validate innovations to our processes, portfolio, and adjacencies that add customer value.
- Performance monitoring: establish KPIs to measure success and identify areas needing additional attention.
- Establish network and partnerships: develop trusted relationships with major stakeholders in the data center and life science space.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of combined sales, account management, and BMS/BAS project experience.
- Proven ability to lead in a competitive, engineered solution sales environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
- Role is based in Lawrence, PA (relocation available if required).
