- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the global Legal, Compliance, Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Safety (LCIP) policies and procedures
- Design and deliver engaging training programs using various modalities, guided by adult-learning principles
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for policy adherence and training effectiveness
- Collaborate with various teams to develop fit-for-purpose compliance resources and ensure clear messaging
- Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new policies and training programs
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional compliance certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in compliance within biopharma, biotech, or other highly regulated industries
- Demonstrated success in leading policy frameworks, training programs, or compliance elements
- Prior people leadership experience is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial
- Experience working in multinational environments
- Skilled in designing engaging training programs and using digital and AI-enabled learning tools
- Strong understanding of global compliance expectations and biopharma industry practices
- Ability to lead change and influence without authority
- Proficient in using data and analytics to assess program effectiveness
