What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the global Legal, Compliance, Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Safety (LCIP) policies and procedures
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs using various modalities, guided by adult-learning principles
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for policy adherence and training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop fit-for-purpose compliance resources and ensure clear messaging
  • Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new policies and training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional compliance certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance within biopharma, biotech, or other highly regulated industries
  • Demonstrated success in leading policy frameworks, training programs, or compliance elements
  • Prior people leadership experience is highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working in multinational environments
  • Skilled in designing engaging training programs and using digital and AI-enabled learning tools
  • Strong understanding of global compliance expectations and biopharma industry practices
  • Ability to lead change and influence without authority
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to assess program effectiveness
