• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent research, writing, and presentation abilities
• Ability to engage effectively with clients and articulate complex concepts clearly

• Demonstrated experience leading AI transformation initiatives within procurement
• Proven track record of integrating AI technologies into procurement processes
• Recognized thought leader in AI for procurement with published research or presentations
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and procurement technology tools
• Strong business and financial acumen
