Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Wayne, PA (remote)
Type: Contract
Our direct client is seeking a Project Coordinator who will assist in migration projects. The initial focus will be on moving legacy data into the Ironclad contract lifecycle management tool, in collaboration with the system administrator.
We’re seeking an individual that possesses strong attention to detail, crucial for data accuracy. Experience with contact terms is preferred.
This is a 6‑month contract position with the potential for an extension depending on future needs. The position is fully remote with the ability to work during EST hours.
Key Accountabilities- Harmonize vendor records across three distinct applications, bringing clarity and cohesion to our data.
- Build a comprehensive contract inventory and uncover any agreements still waiting to be found.
- Bring contract ecosystem to life by uploading agreements into multiple platforms and enriching them with essential metadata.
- Transform and standardize data across three systems to create a unified, reliable source of truth.
- Infuse contract management tool with legacy spend data.
- Collaborate with the contract lifecycle tool administrator to imagine, develop, and refine enhancements that elevate the system’s capabilities.
- Extract metadata from contracts and enter it into Ironclad.
- Maintain regular communication with internal business owners and vendors to gather required data.
- Assist in migrating to a new due diligence tool (Lockpath) and coordinate related project management activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of contract administration or contract management experience.
- Must be detail‑oriented, analytical, able to work independently, and possess good communication skills.
- Familiarity with Ironclad, Oracle, and Lockpath is beneficial, though not required.
- Experience in mortgage or insurance industries is a plus but not required; procurement or vendor management experience is also valued.
