Overview

Lutron is seeking an innovative and dynamic Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our Serena Inside Sales and Services team
. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional support to homeowners and professional dealers, guiding them through product education, selection, quoting, and order coordination.

This is a great opportunity to grow your career while deepening your knowledge of smart home technology. You'll work alongside a customer-focused team, helping drive the success of our Serena and Caséta shade solutions through outstanding service and meaningful customer interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat—supporting everything from product selection and design guidance to troubleshooting and order inquiries.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, helping identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Apply creative problem-solving to deliver tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop deep expertise in Serena shades, Caséta products, and related tools including our website, chat system, admin platform, and online design tools.
  • Support Budget Blinds dealers by gaining knowledge of additional Lutron shade and system components.
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales using proven techniques and a consultative approach.
  • Ensure timely, professional follow-up with customers to maintain satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and business goals.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required; if less than 5 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in a customer facing role preferred; leadership experience is a plus
  • Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
  • Must have availability to work rotating schedules between the hours of 8am-8pm EST M-F and 9am-6pm Saturdays
