Customer Service Teller​/Danville

Overview

First Keystone Community Bank is looking to add a new positive team player to our staff at our Danville location. We are searching for a retail or sales-minded individual with an emphasis on quality customer service and attention to detail who is looking to provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience to all our customers.

• Provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience to customers.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify customer needs beyond normal teller transactions and refer them to appropriate team members for further assistance.
• Support a customer service-oriented environment and contribute to a positive bank experience for all clients.
• Work full-time with an approximate schedule of 38.50 hours per week, including Saturday mornings.

• Retail or sales-minded approach with emphasis on quality customer service and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with cash handling or customer service is preferred.
