The Trainer is responsible for delivering training for employees throughout Northwest, both in the classroom and online settings and consistently providing the best customer experience possible.

• Consistently provide the best customer experience possible.
• Provide support to staff in meeting customer expectations.
• Recommend improvements to procedures.
• Collect and share recommendations and feedback from training participants regarding training needs.
• Train employees as required both in the classroom and online settings.
• Assess employee performance in training and provide feedback to supervisors as appropriate.
• Assist in the identification, recommendation, and presentation of new training curriculums, topics, courses and methods.
• Assist in ensuring that all course content is relevant and up to date.
• Responsible for training efforts in mergers, acquisitions and training project roll-outs.
• Assist in the preparation of course / curriculum materials as needed.
• Stay current on learning tools, trends, and ideas.
• Maximize operating efficiencies.
• Minimize operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with third-party vendors.
• Ensure accuracy of course materials.
• Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations.
• Navigate Microsoft Office and other department-specific software to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency.
• Work as part of a team.
• Work with on-site equipment.

• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, Teaching, or related subject.
• 3–5 years of training experience, customer service experience, and banking experience.
