Cashier in GMC

Elevated Healthcare Hospitality, in partnership with our healthcare agencies, provides exceptional hospitality to patients and guests offering a suite of transportation logistics including shuttle transportation and valet parking in a thoughtful, compassionate and meaningful way.

Will enjoy assisting guests in a friendly and efficient manner in the Company’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

• Must be comfortable working outdoors all year round.
• Provide claim check and instruct guests on how to reclaim their vehicle.
• Greet arriving guests. Open passenger door(s) and offer assistance, if appropriate.
• Manage the valet lane. Keep vehicles moving forward in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain (Point-of-Sales) POS operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Efficient and honest handling of all cash and credit cards adhering to Company procedures.
• Daily cleaning of booth/podium area of assignment and equipment.
• Understand Company’s management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.
• Actively participate in creating a positive work environment, promoting teamwork.
• Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned.

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Proficiently operate a POS (point of sales) system for both cash and credit card transactions.
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people and will involve frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Six months customer service experience.

This position is located in the GMC facility in Danville PA.
