Radiology - Nuclear Medicine

40 hours per week, working four 10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating days off. There is a possibility of call only on weekends and holidays.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation and non-ionizing radiation, as well as adjunctive medications for diagnostic, therapeutic, radiotheranostics, or research purposes. This role involves performing nuclear medicine and molecular imaging procedures, acquiring and analyzing data for interpretation by a licensed practitioner, and administering prescribed radionuclide therapy under supervision.

• Perform nuclear medicine and molecular imaging procedures.
• Administer ionizing radiation and medications.
• Acquire and analyze data for licensed practitioners.
• Administer prescribed radionuclide therapy under supervision.

• CNMT certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB) or registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT-N).
• Basic Life Support Certification (AHA).
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1+ years of related work experience is preferred.
