This position provides an opportunity to share one's life on a daily basis with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Responsible for the overall support to individuals by teaching skills that foster independence and community integration.

• High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate data systems.
• One year experience in a caregiver role (work/volunteer/or life experience preferred in the intellectual disabilities service system.
• Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customers
• Excellent basic and persuasive communication skills
• Must have a valid PA drivers license, and satisfactory background checks including but not limited to (Pennsylvania Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance, Act 34 Criminal Clearance and Act 73 FBI Clearance).
