Our Inside Sales Manager needs a partner: someone technically sharp to prepare accurate quotes and estimates, competitive enough to thrive under pressure, and proactive enough to step in and handle details before even asking.
This role is about accuracy, ownership, and teamwork. You’ll be the person who notices what’s missing, fixes it, and keeps projects moving, giving our Inside Sales Manager the space to focus on major bids and strategic opportunities. WhatYou’ll Do
- Prepare accurate estimates from site reports, blueprints, and specs.
- Manage preventive maintenance, service call follow-ups, and bid proposals.
- Revise estimates quickly when scope changes without dropping accuracy.
- Be the Partner
- Stay two steps ahead by anticipating needs and taking tasks off the Sales Manager’s plate.
- Build trust by delivering error-free work that doesn’t need double-checking.
- Show confidence with customers, technicians, and vendors in every interaction.
- Coordination & Communication
- Call customers to follow up on quotes, not just email.
- Clarify scope with techs and confirm pricing with vendors.
- Work inside Service Titan, Customer Portals, and supplier spreadsheets to keep projects moving.
- Process & Accuracy
- Uphold SOPs, track KPIs, and catch mistakes before they leave the office.
- Keep organized records of quotes, submittals, and project correspondence.
- Experience in estimating, inside sales, or service coordination (construction or trades a big plus).
- Ability to interpret blueprints, site plans, or specs and catch what others miss.
- Tech savvy with Excel, CRMs, quoting tools, and ideally Service Titan experience.
- High attention to detail with a drive to get things right the first time.
- Strong phone presence and confidence with customers, techs, and suppliers.

- $55,000–$60,000 salary plus health, dental, and pension plan.
