What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Craft a strategic roadmap by collaborating with business leaders and data teams to align product priorities with company objectives
  • Gather user requirements and stories to ensure solutions effectively address data-related challenges
  • Deliver quarterly projects while establishing best practices in Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project priorities, timelines, and scope

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, data science, computer science, statistics, or mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Analyst and/or Product Management within Agile environments, showcasing strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team, set goals, and provide guidance
  • Understanding of basic data‑warehousing concepts and proficiency with data and analytic tools including dbt, SQL, Tableau, and Looker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail and a track record of managing complex projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the education technology sector
  • Familiarity with data products
  • Certifications in relevant processes such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile Scrum Master
  • Experience working with large datasets with an understanding of data governance and privacy issues
