• Provide technical support for a large client, ensuring technical impacts are managed effectively
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent, high-quality product/solution delivery
• Manage IT relationships and address client concerns alongside relevant product and project teams
• Develop technology solution knowledge within clients and ensure high service levels
• Build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives to support teams

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in technical customer SaaS implementations within a complex information systems environment
• Familiarity with project environments involving cardholder data, data privacy, and personal identifiable information (PII)
• Knowledge of the end-to-end software development project lifecycle
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities

• PMP Project Management certification
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
• Self-directed with the ability to manage independent work delivery and escalate appropriately
