• Perform routine floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and buffing various types of flooring.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to ensure optimal floor care.
• Inspect and maintain floor care equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of floor care equipment for special events.
• Communicate with clients to address any concerns related to floor care services.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document and report any maintenance or repair needs for flooring.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in floor care or commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Knowledge of various floor types and appropriate cleaning methods.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and scrubbers.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
