- Track project costs, labor hours, and progress, identifying variances early
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance for accurate invoicing and financial reporting
- Establish and maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready while mentoring other Project Managers
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent educational or professional experience
- Proven experience managing high-visibility customers and cross-functional teams
- PMP Certification or master’s degree in project management
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and advanced certifications such as PgMP, PMI-ACP, or ITIL
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams and/or Web Ex
- Demonstrated success in leading complex infrastructure, cloud, federal, and managed services projects
