Oversee all agency sales activities and provide strategic direction for our product offerings.

Recruit, train, and support a team of dedicated insurance professionals who share our values.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our carrier partners to ensure our clients have access to the best coverage.

Ensure that all sales practices remain compliant with state regulations while upholding our high standard of ethical service.

Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify new growth opportunities within the Danville region and beyond.

Foster a culture of professional development where every member of our team feels empowered to grow their career.

Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.

Demonstrated success in independent insurance brokerage or agency management.

Deep understanding of the Pennsylvania insurance regulatory landscape.

Strong track record of mentoring agents and building successful sales teams.

Experience managing operational budgets and agency growth targets.

Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and agency management systems.
