We’re looking for a 2nd Shift Paint Line Associate to join our team! This entry-level role offers a hands‑on opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products while working in a safe, supportive environment that values teamwork, skill development, and internal growth.

As a 2nd Shift Paint Line Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Carefully loading unfinished materials or parts onto the paint line
• Performing powder coating on materials or parts according to specifications
• Unloading finished materials or parts and properly packaging them for shipment
• Following directions from supervisors or leads on job‑specific tasks
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Dependable, team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to handle physical workload in a manufacturing environment
• Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience is helpful but not required —
  training is provided
• Ability to successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
