**** What You’ll Be Doing**
* ** Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the site**
* ** Perform pre‑shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly**
* ** Support plant operations through maintenance tasks on stationary and mobile equipment**
* ** Assist with plant cleanup and general labor activities to maintain safe, efficient operations**
* ** Learn and operate additional equipment such as water trucks, skid steers, and other mobile units
**** What We Are Looking For**
* ** Demonstrated ability to operate heavy mobile equipment safely and responsibly**
* ** Capability to learn and perform basic maintenance on equipment and support plant operations**
* ** Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices**
* ** Physical ability to perform tasks that may include climbing, lifting, and extended periods of equipment operation**
* ** Reliability, punctuality, and a consistent focus on quality work
**** Conditions of Employment**
* ** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
**** Work Environment**
* ** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
